The Iliad

1. Read books 17-24
2. Write notes and a summary for each of books 17-24. Make notes that will help you if you need to look back at a quick reference as to what happened in a particular book. 
3. As you read, notice the following themes if they appear in that particular book.

   Family 
   Mercy
   Justice 
   Honor

4. Are there any lessons from these books that we can apply to our own lives? Find 2-3 lessons that apply to you and be ready to discuss in class.
