These are the books and translations we will use this semester. I highly recommend purchasing a hard copy of each of these books so that you can make notes in your book and we will all have uniform page numbers for reference. However, if there is a need to avoid purchasing books, many of these have a free version indicated.

- Greek Mythology (D’Aulaires’ Book of Greek Myths) purchase used or new
- The Iliad (for high school students, Fitzgerald’s translation or for younger readers, The Iliad for Boys and Girls by Alfred Church)
- The Odyssey (for high school students, Fitzgerald’s translation or for younger readers, The Odyssey for Boys and Girls by Alfred Church
- The Aeneid (for high school students, Fagles’s translation, or The Aeneid for Boys and Girls by Alfred Church)
